Description:

Jadeite was always a total flirt, thus he got a reputation for being a womanizer. It was far from true, but Jadeite did nothing to contest it, seeing as it never deferred him anyway. Jadeite is very charming and can actually be fairly good natured when he wants to be.

However, Hebi has manipulated him into deeply hating the Moon Kingdom so this side of him is not seen by the senshi for the most part. In any case, Jadeite almost always speaks his mind and doesn't always think things through

Illusions: Jadeite can create illusions with more ease and less concentration than Mysterio. They are also of larger scale. But it takes more energy to create these illusions.

Telekinesis: Jadeite can move large objects with his mind, but for some reason he cannot move people at all.

Portals: Jadeite can create portals that lead to planes that exist between dimensions (i.e. the Phantom Bus incident). If he dies or is injured in these, the area begins to collapse and is destroyed quickly.

Teleporting: Jadeite can teleport fairly long distances, but not too great without the aid of stable portals which he can create.

History :

Back in the Silver Millennium, Jadeite was the 2nd ranked general of Prince Endymion's personal guard. Even then, he had a reputation of being a womanizer, even though it wasn't quite truthful. His reputation was the epitome of the kind of man Rei hated, and she wanted nothing to do with him. After she realized she had been wrong about him, Rei and Jadeite finally got together, but happiness wasn't to be theirs. Jadeite was lead over to Beryl's side and ended up fighting against his love in the last battle of the Moon Kingdom.

Despite the fact that Jadeite was the second ranked general, he was the first one Beryl sent out. His way of gathering energy tended to involve large groups of people, thus he learned how to handle a crowd early on. When he was under Beryl and Metallia's control, Jadeite lost all of his personality traits and was nothing more than an empty shell.

Sailor Mars killed Jadeite with the aid of Sailor Moon's tiara after the Phantom Bus incident. When Rei was unconscious, he felt some sort of connection to her, but nothing he could place. Neither Mercury or Sailor Moon noticed it at the time.

After the Ginzuishou appeared, Jadeite's body was reformed, but a few moments later it was crystallized into the stone Jadeite. His spirit would sometime appear to watch over Endymion. The last time he appeared was during the Dream Arc of the manga when Mamoru was horribly sick.

Jadeite and the other Generals have remained dormant in Elysion for centuries now. Hebi managed to stumble upon them one day, and decided to awaken one of the generals so he would have someone else on his side. It took a lot of energy and effort, but Hebi managed to convince Jadeite to fight against the Moon Kingdom... And Rei.
