Description: Hebi always wears sunglasses because his eyes are so sensitive to light, he is rendered virtually helpless if they are taken off. He also wears them to cover up his eyes, wish are yellow like a snakes. He wants to appear as normal as possible, and that would hardly do any good. He is also very strong physically, which is good since he has been rendered almost powerless in this dimension.

Scorerers Powers: Hebi had access to a lot of sorceror's powers in Yahara's dimension, however not all of them work in the current one.

Thorns: Hebi can make thorns appear at will, often used to trap a victim and hold them so that they cannot escape. It can cause much or little damge, all depending on how much pain he wants to inflict on said victim.

Mind Infilitration: Hebi can infiltrate another person's mind, but he can now only do it while the victim is sleeping. It does not cause any physical damage, but it can render a victim emotionally and psychologically scarred.

Dice: Hebi has some cursed dice he has left with Minako. When he is not around, they act normally. But the second he gets anywhere near her, the dice can only roll a Snake Eyes. Just because they roll two ones, does not necessarily mean he will attack and vice versa.

Hypnotism: If anyone ever makes direct eye contact with Hebi without the sunglasses on, they are put in to a trance, under his control. It works best in low or no light, but if he wants to risk it, it can be performed in broad daylight.

Teleport: Hebi can teleport great distances using his teleport power. He can even teleport between the Moon and Earth, and when nessesary he can teleport between dimensions, but this takes more power.

History :

Hebi came to the palace around the same time as Lord Mysterio did during the Silver Millenium. He was also the son of an ambassador to the royal court. It is actually thanks to Hebi that Mysterio even heard about Princess Venus in the first place.

Hebi was never romantically involved with Venus, but he did stalk her and went far beyond the point of obsession. He tramautized Venus greatly, his stalking going as far as physical injury, the very reason why Venus continued her relationship with Mysterio and Nephrite, which proved to be tragic.

Mysterio did consider Hebi a friend of sorts, due to both of their expertise in swordsmanship, but something about Togeno Hebi always rubbed him the wrong way. After Mysterio was defeated by Nephrite and Nephrite in turn deserted the Moon Kingdom to join Beryl, an incident with Venus caused Hebi to be banished.

Venus was gravely injured and repressed the incidents. Hebi managed to go to Yahara's dimension and gain the trust of his father, then betrayed him, all to get back at Mysterio. Since this attempt failed, he is now trying other ways...

After an embarressing defeat at the hands of Mysterio, Hebi has made his way back to this dimension. He has sworn to get revenge on both Venus and Yahara both for causing him to be banished and to make up for the death of his troops and loss of the war. He does not believe in killing them out right, and prefers to stalk and torture them instead.

Also, he wants to wait until both Venus and Mysterio fully remember everything involving him, including an incredibly traumatizing incident concerning Mysterio's mother. Hebi thought he could handle the two of them alone, but he did not count on the two having such close and strong allies. So he wound up placing himself in Jadeite's service, if only so he can act out his revenge. He has made it clear to Jadeite and his other allies that he wants to carry out the two's execution.
