Chapter 6: Face Off
In the palace hall, the recovering Uranus, along with Neptune, wait for Faithfullove to come out of the Queen’s chambers. I can’t stand Faithfullove. Uranus complained. I wish there were a way to convince the King and Queen that she is evil. There has got to be a way.
Well you need to rest Uranus, Neptune pleaded. Let’s drop our transformations, and go get some rest. The two Senshi turn back to their human form. Suddenly Haruka sees a shadow in the corner of the hall. Michiru get Setsuna we have an intruder, and I am too weak to fight.
Where? Michiru asks as she looks frantically around. She then activates her wrist communicator, and calls for Setsuna. Setsuna! we have a security alert in the Queen’s hall. Michiru goes back to the Queen’s chambers when Faithfullove and King Endymion come out laughing as close friends would.
My King, you should go back to the Queen, we have an intruder. Michiru pleaded. Where? asked the King. How can we have an intruder? And if we do why aren’t you in Senshi Form? Faithfullove walks by the King and Michiru to the corner where Haruka saw the shadow. She bends down and is knocked on the floor.
Okay, Okay, Faithfullove calls out to the furry mass on top of her. I missed you too. Get off of me you big lug! Faithfullove looks as though she is straining as she pushes something off of her. That something is a large white cat. a cat the size of a large tiger.
Mistress, The cat answers in a deep scruffy voice. I am sorry, it has just been so long. I wasn’t sure if you came here or joined your brother. What do you know about my brother? Faithfullove demands. Do you know where he is or what he is up to? We know he has kidnapped Princess Serenity.
The cat walks into the light of the hall. Michiru, Haruka, and King Endymion are shocked to see a rather large white Tiger in their mist, and he is talking. The cat walks up to the King, bows, and then speaks. My King, my name is Peace,I am your loyal, and humble servant. As a servant of the Moon Kingdom Family I am in you servitude. Is our Queen in good health?
Endymion is shocked, but recovers quickly. Actually she is weary. This trouble is definitely weakening her even more. I am very concerned. May Faithfullove and I go in to see her, My King? Peace asks. Haruka starts to object, but Endymion stops her with a motion of his hand. Haruka, Michiru, would you care to join us as well? Endymion asks in response to Haruka's dark look. It does not take but a moment for Haruka to respond. Yes! I believe we will!
Faithfullove, Peace, King Endymion, along with Haruka and Michiru go into the Queen’s chambers. There they find her passed out on the floor. Endymion rushes to her, and drops to her side. Endymion looks up at those assembled as he checks her pulse. She is weak, very weak. Peace walks over and nudges Faithfullove. Come with me please Mistress, Peace asks. Faithfullove, and Peace walk over to the King who is holding the unconscious Queen. Now, say Healing Re born Rain with me.
They both concentrate on the unconscious Queen, and say the phrase together, HEALING REBORN RAIN!! A glow forms from Faithfullove, and Peace This glow then settles down on the Queen. As it fades the Queen wakes up with her color restored completely, and she appears much stronger. What happened? The Queen asks as she notices that everyone is looking at her. She see's Faithfullove smiling at her, and returns the smile, knowing that somehow she was responsible for healing her.
Haruka runs up and kneels next to the Queen, obviously upset that Faithfullove has seemingly won over her opinion to her. My Queen I don’t believe we should trust these two, We do not know them.
Pluto walks in, with a confused look on her face. My Queen you appear to be in much better shape. Has something happened? Yes, the Queen answers. Faithfullove and Peace used their power on me to restore my health. Pluto looks over to Haruka. Haruka just sits there and stares disdain fully, arms crossed in frustration.
Endymion walks up to Pluto. Pluto have you called the other Senshi to gather in the council room? Pluto nods. Yes, my King. All of the Senshi Council and Lord Europa are on their way here. Hakura walks up to the King to argue. You don’t plan on having her in the meeting do you? She is neither a Senshi nor a council member.
The Queen walks over to Haruka and places her hand on Hakura's shoulder. Haruka, I do wish you would trust Faithfullove. She is here to help us, I am convinced of that. Even If she isn’t fighting for the Moon Kingdom, she has pledged loyalty to the King and I. Peace seems to be very agitated at the conflict between Hakura and Faithfullove. Why don’t you two just face off and get it over with. Both in human form and no powers just straight hand to hand fight.
Haruka seems very pleased with Peace's proposal, and before the King or Queen can object she accepts. Okay, I am all for it. Faithfullove raises an eyebrow. Are you sure? Asks Faithfullove. I am not as wimpy as you believe. Faithfullove drops her transformation, and becomes Chenoa Dawn. Beautiful and graceful, Still scantly clad. The King decides that he had better say something before this becomes a free for all, and steps forward. Okay, We will allow this as long as both of you agree to get along afterwards no matter who wins.
Chenoa and Haruka Agree. Hakura looks at Chenoa. Well, are you ready? Chenoa walks over to shake hands. As she grasps Haruka's hand she flips her off her feet and to the floor. Hakura grins as she gets back up. So it’s gonna be that way huh? Haruka gets up and runs straight for Chenoa to tackle her. Chenoa steps to the side avoiding the tackle. Haruka couldn’t stop her momentum, and ended up sprawled out on the floor. Problems my dear? Chenoa taunts. Can’t you stand up today.
Haruka turns over to get up. You can’t get away that easy. She springs up suddenly, and actually grabs Chenoa. Chenoa grins at Haruka. But I can fight dirty too. She pulls her legs up and kicks Haruka off. Haruka flies through the air and hits the wall. I can’t believe this! Haruka cries out. Michiru moves between Haruka and Chenoa. Please stop this! She pleads. Chenoa, obviously you have an advantage Haruka doesn’t. Why don't the two of you just shake and leave it at that.
Haruka slowly gets up and holds her hand out, Chenoa refuses her hand and instead grabs her, and gives Haruka an unexpected kiss. Haruka starts to push away but then enjoys. Chenoa then smiles. Don’t hate me cause I am better than you. She then starts to walk away. Haruka has a puzzled look on her face. I doubt I can after that. Peace walks up to Chenoa. What was that? I have to just about to force you to rub my head but you willingly throw yourself at this Senshi that despises you? Chenoa bends down to rub Peace’s head and whispers. It's part of it friend. The Senshi depart to head for the Council Room.
