Description: Usagi is the reincarnation of the Princess of the Moon who, in the 30th century, becomes Neo Queen Serenity of Crystal Tokyo. She is the daughter of Queen Serenity, a kind and loving mother who ruled the entire universe from the Moon Kingdom during the Silver Millennium. Usagi transformed into the Justice Fighter, Sailor Moon during the 20th century and was leader of the Sailor Senshi and one of the most powerful as well. Initially Usagi refused to accept her role as Sailor Moon, but eventually realized that she could not escape destiny and embraced her responsibility to humankind. Although Usagi possesses many qualities unbecoming her status (she is lazy, clumsy, ditzy, gluttonous, and often apathetic), her heart and soul are pure, and she has sacrificed herself many times for others. Usagi may drool over any gorgeous guy she meets; her heart belongs to Mamoru (also known as Prince Endymion of Earth during the Silver Millennium). Mamoru used to tease Usagi about her hairstyle by calling her “meatball head” (“odango atama” or "dumpling head” in Japanese), but later uses the nickname as a term of endearment. In 30th century Crystal Tokyo, Usagi rules the Earth as Neo Queen Serenity with her husband, King Endymion.

Neo Queen Serenity's Powers:
Moon Cosmic Power: NQS can create a shield of energy that can resist all Physical or energy attacks. She can also send out a blast of energy that delivers considerable damage.
Moon Healing Activation: Holding the Imperium Silver crystal up and saying "Moon Crystal Healing Activation" NQS causes a light to surround the target, cleansing them of all evil, or negative energies that have poisoned their mind and soul. To be able to use this power the target must repent their evil ways and be willing to recieve the healing from the crystal.
Eternal Warrior Moon's Powers:
Honeymoon Therapy Kiss: This Power can heal a possesed human or can cause damage.
Silver Moon Crystal Power Kiss: This power also can heal possesed humans but at a higher power level. It can also cause damage.
Lunar Immaculate Devistation: This power draws off the Silver Imperium Crystal to cause massive damage.
Lunar Pen/Disquise Power: This item has been in Usagi's possesion for years and can be used by anyone who wields it. Usagi can use this item either as NQS or EW Moon.

Once the threat of the Dark Moon was gone Neo Queen Serenity yearned to reclaim the moon as the center of a new and glorious begining to the 2nd Silver Millennium. With the help of the power of the Imperium Silver Crystal, and Sailor Pluto's guidance she was able to start rebuilding the once glorious palace on the moon. The rebuilding did have a price though, it drained both the crystal and the Queen to a dangerous level. With most of the palace completed Serenity decided to rest and give the crystal and herself time to recover. During this lapse in construction the elegant warrior, Eternal Warrior Faithfullove appeared. and with that the troubles began. Chibi and several of the young senshi were abducted by a new and powerful enemy, Eternal Warrior Enmity. The Queen still in a weakened state turned over the task of locating the stolen senshi and dealing with the new threat to her husband, King Endymion.
Neo Queen Serenity realizes that the victory over Void was just a battle in the war between GOod and Evil. She knows that more enemies lurk in tha shadows and that they must be prepared. During the climax of the battle with Void she regained her ability to transform once again into the Magnificent Warrior, Eternal Warrior Moon, but she does this only in times of great need. All she really wants is to start the second Silver Millenium and live in peace, but other dangers lurk.
